Humelodica support

Need help, found a bug, or have an idea? Email hello@humelodica.app. A real person reads every message, and we aim to reply within 14 working days, often sooner.

It helps if you tell us:

• what you were doing when it happened;
• your device model and iOS version (Settings → General → About);
• the app version (in the app: Profile → About → About Humelodica, the build number at the bottom).

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription? In the app: Profile → Pro (the row reads "Pro", or "Pro until" and a date once you've cancelled) → Cancel Pro. Your device then shows Apple's own subscription sheet; choose Cancel there. You can also cancel in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Humelodica. Either way you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund? Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com.

I got a new device. Where are my songs? If you were signed in, sign in with the same account (Profile → Continue with email, then the code we email you) and your songs and recordings come back from your backup. Songs made without an account are only on the old device. Pro belongs to your account, so sign in with the same account, or tap Restore purchases on the upgrade sheet. If it still doesn't show, email us.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account (at the bottom of the page; you'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm). This removes your account and backed-up songs and recordings, so export any songs you want to keep first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it first (Profile → Pro → Cancel Pro, or your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).

Do I own the music I make? Yes. Release it, sell it, use it anywhere. See our Terms.

Is Humelodica AI? No. Your hum is turned into notes on your device, and songs are arranged by musical rules, not an AI model. We never train AI on your music.

The app can't hear me. Check the microphone is allowed: Settings → Humelodica → Microphone.
